Ton Ruhe
Ton Ruhe (Interim CEO) spent more than twenty years in the oil industry (Exxon and BP) in The Netherlands, in Belgium and in the United Kingdom. He held vario us senior management positions in downstream Marketing and Finance. As from 1995 he joined Royal Philips Electronics as Director Corporate Finance with Philips International and subsequently as Senior Vice President responsible for the introduction of the euro within the Group. In 2004 he joined Delft University of Technology as Chief Financial Officer. Ton has a degree in Economics (University of Amsterdam).
Jaap Bastiaansen
Jaap Bastiaansen (CFO) began his career at MeesPierson and moved to Deutsche Bank in 1994 where he focused primarily on investment and commercial banking aimed at the technology market. He transferred to Philips in 2001 and later to NXP Semiconductors where he held various financial controller positions. Jaap is a Master of Business Administration from the Rotterdam School of Management, Master of Science (Information Technology) from the University of Nijmegen and Executive Master of Finance and Control University of Maastricht.
Guido de Boer
Guido de Boer (VP Engineering) joined MAPPER in January 2005. Before that date he was for more than 8 years at ASML, where he held various management and systems engineering positions. Prior to ASML he obtained broad experience as system engineer and technical manager in measurement and control systems. Guido holds a Masters of Applied Physics from Delft University of Technology.
Marco Wieland
Marco Wieland (VP Strategy and technology) is one of the three founders of MAPPER. He is the key technologist of the company and an expert in electron optics. Marco is the inventor of MAPPER’s core technology and holds 17 patents. He is responsible for the development roadmap of the company. Marco has a Masters degree in Applied Physics from Delft University of Technology.
Bert Jan Kampherbeek
Bert Jan Kampherbeek (VP Marketing & Sales) is one of the three founders of MAPPER.
He is responsible for the market development and positioning of MAPPER in the industry. Bert Jan holds key relationships with the advanced foundries as the large Integrated Device Manufacturers. He has established several joint programs in this respect. Bert Jan holds a Masters degree in Applied Physics from Delft University of Technology.

Boudewijn Baud
Boudewijn Baud is an advisor to MAPPER especially focused on government relationships. Boudewijn has been MAPPER’s CEO from 2001 to 2007. Prior to joining MAPPER, Boudewijn was member of the management board of a subsidiary of the leading Dutch aerospace company Fokker N.V. and of a daughter of the major insurance company Achmea in the Netherlands. Boudewijn received his PhD in astrophysics from Leiden University.
