MAPPER Culture

MAPPER is demanding of its employees in terms of involvement, initiative and responsibility. Our challenging requirements are balanced by flexibility and freedom. At MAPPER we appreciate the ideas of our people. We value intellect, innovation, creativity and content.

We consist of a young, multicultural group of employees from all over the world. Each year MAPPER organizes summer courses in cooperation with the Delft University of Technology where we share ideas and develop our team’s technical knowledge base and way of working.

We have annual social events such as a BBQ, a sports day, a partner day and various seasonal festivities. Also, each Friday there is a “borrel”, or after work drink, at the MAPPER bar located on the premises!
